Initially, the game will be available in English and French. However, depending on the success of the fundraising campaign and demand, we plan to add more languages in the future.

For now, we have no plans to integrate languages other than Japanese into Kumiai GO. We aim to provide a highly focused learning experience optimized for the Japanese language.

Learning another language in a Japanese setting would be neither coherent nor beneficial. That said, depending on the success and reception of Kumiai GO, we might consider developing new worlds, adapted to the learning of other languages and cultures.

Absolutely, Kumiai GO includes a section dedicated to learning to read and write Japanese, including hiragana, katakana, and kanji.

The app lets you practice writing by hand and using a virtual keyboard.

We know that learning kanji can be complex and not always relevant to all learners. That’s why we’ve designed Kumiai GO to be perfectly usable even without a mastery of kanji.

It’s important to note that reading hiragana and katakana is crucial to grasp certain aspects of the Japanese language.
