Elsa Shimizu

Elsa Shimizu (born Elsa Strøm) is the mother of Rina Shimizu and Sana Shimizu.

She had Rina when she was only 22 years old but managed to keep working while taking care of her daughter with her husband.

She works for a company specializing in body treatments and other spa/hot spring services in her home country. 

While on a business trip to Japan to study Japanese baths and services that are recognized worldwide, she met her husband in a ryokan and it was love at first sight for the two of them who shared a common passion for hot springs. One year later, Rina was born. In order to continue living in Japan, she made sure that her company opened a Japanese branch and now holds the position of director.
